7. 2003.71.15 - Identification Card

   Double-sided paper ID card for Perry F. Pascotti, EM3c. His service photograph, in black and white, is at the top left. Other information includes: hair and eye color, weight, birth date, Void after date/reason, and signature of the validating officer, Lt. R.F. Hellrung, USNR.On the reverse are two of his fingerprints and an unknown nine digit number. The ID was once in a plastic sleeve that was removed at some point.

    Black and white photograph on hardstock showing the superstructure of the BROUGH from the foc'sle.
