    Elden R. Brundage, SM3c seated in a wooden chair on the weather deck of the CLARENCE L. EVANS. A second chair is partially visible at the bottom right of the photograph. Various ropes, fenders, and other equipment surrounds him. He served aboard for just shy of one year, from August 1945 - July 1946. Handwritten inscription on reverse: "Brundage."
